Nimala has worked in the auditing services for seven years. She has obtained her experience through her work in various industries, includes but not limited to not-for-profit organizations, Hospitality, Banks, funded projects. She has worked on various donor’s audits, including but not limited to European Commission, Bread For The World “BFTW”, KFUKM-KFUM Global “Y Global”, Kvinna till Kvinna “KTK”.

Anton has been involved in a wide range of auditing and assurance engagements covering various sectors including companies, local and international not for profit organizations, educational institutions and churches in Palestine, Israel and Jordan.
Anton has been involved in several assignments in Audit and Assurance services for Churches, Educational Institutions and Christian Organizations.
Anton was assigned in several Internal Audit, Accounting, Consultancy, Taxation and Liquidation engagements for many entities.
Anton has tailored his skills to best serve clients, and best meet high quality standards when providing services to clients.

Nicola holds a Palestinian Certificate in public accountancy and is licensed to practice in Palestine. With more than 18 years of experience in Assurance and Advisory Services, he has acquired diverse expertise across various industries, encompassing private companies, funded projects, not-for-profit organizations, churches, schools, and universities.

His professional background includes extensive involvement in donors’ audits, such as those conducted by the US Agency for International Development (USAID), other federal agencies, European Commission, World Bank, GIZ, among others.

Nicola possesses comprehensive knowledge of Palestinian and Israeli taxes, salaries tax, national insurance, labor laws, and human resource services. In addition to his technical proficiency, he has served as a team leader in numerous consultancy engagements for governmental institutions and international companies.

Dedicated to delivering high-quality services, Nicola has honed his skills to effectively cater to clients’ needs and uphold stringent standards in service provision.

Samir Sahhar is a partner in the audit services division. He has over 25 years of experience in the areas of audit. Samir has been involved in a wide range of Financial Auditing and Attestation engagements, Advisory services including but not limited to Internal Control and Risk Assessment services, Internal Audit Out-sourcing services, human resource services, liquidation services, and local tax planning and structuring

Samir is an elected Board Member of the Palestinian Association of CPAs and Board member of the Audit Profession (Regulatory body), head of the PACPA committee on Quality Assurance and the head of the PACPA Continued Education Committee and was a member in the Examination Committee for two consecutive years.

He has worked on various donor’s audits, including but not limited to, Swiss Development Cooperation Office (SDC), European Commission, UK Department for International Development (DFID), World Bank, and others.
